Meet Ayodeji Adedipe
Ayodeji Adedipe is a licensed insurance professional, author and speaker who has built his practice around a single conviction: people do not make bad financial decisions because they are careless. They make them because nobody ever sat down and explained the options.
That conviction came from watching it happen; families discovering too late that a policy did not do what they thought, retirement savers realising nobody had ever modelled what their income would actually look like, business owners with no plan for the day the founder cannot work. In almost every case, the missing ingredient was not money. It was a clear explanation, given early.
So he built a practice that leads with teaching. Workshops in churches. Kitchen-table conversations. Small-group series. Keynotes at conferences. And, when a family is ready, licensed implementation of the strategies they now genuinely understand.
Why faith sits at the centre
Scripture is not silent about money. It speaks about ownership, provision for one's household, inheritance, honest weights, generosity and the danger of both greed and anxiety. Treating that material as the framework rather than as a decoration on top of a sales process changes how the work is done.
Practically, it means patience instead of pressure, transparency about compensation, and a willingness to tell a family that the right answer this year is to do nothing but build a reserve. Clients of every background are welcome; the financial education stands entirely on its own.
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.”
Author of Life Insurance & Scripture
The book grew out of a question Ayodeji kept being asked in church settings: is buying insurance a lack of faith? It walks through the biblical case for provision alongside a plain-language explanation of how modern coverage actually works and it remains the clearest summary of how this practice thinks.
Who we serve
Families
Households wanting protection sized to their real obligations and a shared vocabulary for money.
Pre-retirees & retirees
People turning a balance into a dependable monthly income without guessing.
Business owners
Owners insuring the enterprise's largest uncovered risk themselves and their key people.
Churches & organizations
Congregations, nonprofits and employers who want their people taught, not pitched.
What you can expect from us, in writing
These are not aspirations. They are the operating rules of the practice.
Education before product
You will never be asked to decide on something you cannot explain. Teaching comes first; a recommendation only follows once the concept is clear.
Faith as the framework
Scripture has more to say about money than almost any other subject. We treat stewardship, provision and generosity as the starting point, not a decoration.
Plain language, always
No jargon, no acronyms without a definition, no pressure. If a strategy cannot be explained at a kitchen table, it is not the right strategy.
Built for generations
The goal is not a single transaction. It is a family that understands money well enough to teach it to the next generation.
Honest about limits
- We are educators and licensed insurance professionals, not attorneys, CPAs or investment managers.
- We tell you plainly how we are compensated on anything we recommend.
- If the right answer is to do nothing this year, we will say so.
The first conversation is just a conversation.
No cost, no obligation, and no expectation that you decide anything on the call.
